Editorial policy

Last updated: 1 October 2026

We write the Servawy blog for business owners and marketing managers in Egypt and the Gulf, and these are the rules every article follows before and after it is published.

What every article follows

  • No market statistic, percentage or price without an official source (platform help centres, the law, government bodies), linked where possible.
  • Servawy's own prices come only from our price catalogue, and cost articles explain what drives the price rather than guess a number.
  • A worked example with made-up numbers says plainly that they are hypothetical.
  • Each article opens with a short summary («In short») and answers the question right under its heading.

Writing and review

A member of the team writes each article, sometimes with AI tools for a first draft or a translation, and no article is published before an editor on the team has reviewed and approved it.

Each article shows its author, or Servawy when the team wrote it, with the date it was published and the date it was last updated.

Independence and our own products

When an article mentions one of our services or products (Khadmato, Ledo CRM, Clinicato), it is ours and we say so clearly, and we publish no content paid for by others.

Updates and corrections

We review articles when the platforms or laws they cover change, and the last-updated date follows every change to the content.

If you find a mistake in an article, write to [email protected] and we will correct it and note the date.
