1Using the site
The site presents Servawy's services and products and publishes articles for general knowledge. Nothing on it is advice tailored to your company; review it with our team before you rely on it.
You may not use the site in a way that harms it or its visitors: trying to reach areas you are not allowed to, sending automated or abusive messages through its forms, or copying its content in bulk with automated tools.
2Requests, proposals and contracts
Sending the "Request a proposal" form or booking a call is not a contract. Once we understand your needs we send a written proposal with the scope, timeline, price and payment terms.
A contract exists once you accept the proposal in writing or sign an agreement; that agreement or accepted proposal governs the work where it differs from this page.
Any prices shown on the site are indicative; the final price is the one in the proposal.
3Marketing and advertising services
Ad budgets are paid to the ad platforms (Google, Meta, Snapchat, Telegram and others) separately from our management fees, unless the proposal says otherwise.
Ad and analytics accounts are opened in the client's name and remain theirs; existing accounts are shared with us and access can be withdrawn at any time.
We commit to a clear plan, targets and monthly reports in numbers, but search rankings, visibility in AI answers and ad results depend on factors outside our control (platform decisions, competitors, the market). We therefore do not guarantee a specific position or sales figure unless the proposal states one explicitly.
The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content and offers they ask us to advertise, including the platforms' policies.
4Software, websites and apps
Once fees are paid, the code and designs made specifically for the client belong to them, except open-source libraries (which keep their licences) and the general tools and components we use across projects.
Domains are registered in the client's name. Servers and hosting renew as agreed; a client who manages them directly is responsible for renewing them.
The length and scope of warranty and support after delivery are set out in the proposal.
5Our ready products
Products such as Servexy and Ledo CRM have their own terms of use and privacy policies, shown when you subscribe inside the product, which govern their use.
6Intellectual property
The Servawy name, logo and the site's content (text, design and images) belong to or are licensed to Servawy. You may quote a short passage of an article with credit and a link to it; any other use needs written permission.
7Links to other sites
The site may link to other sites or platforms (such as WhatsApp and social networks). They have their own terms and policies, for which we are not responsible.
8Limitation of liability
We work to keep the site running and its content accurate, but it is provided "as is", without a guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.
To the extent the law allows, Servawy is not liable for indirect losses arising from using the site or relying on its content. Our liability for contracted services is set by the contract.
9Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute not first settled amicably, unless a contract provides otherwise.
10Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the date of the latest update is shown above. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new version.
